In Part 2 of "Surprising the Burglar with Rope", Julie Simone has changed into something a bit more comfortable in the form of a catsuit and leather knee high boots. Her captive is still out so She starts to tie him to a chair. She wakes him up with several hard slaps to the face so She can toy with him. She adds more rope to his chest, and legs so that he is helpless. When Julie has had enough She gags him with a pair of panties, then wraps several wraps of duct tape around his head to keep him quiet. Julie places a cloth over his mouth....
