She strips out of her dress to reveal a sexy set of black lingerie and sheer stockings. Reading the paper, she learns that Catwoman (Candle) is back on the prowl in Gotham City. Catwoman has her henchmen tie up Batgirl, and then they leave, giving Catwoman some time to gloat over her captive prize. She informs Batgirl that she has been tied in fiendish Cat’s Whiskers, which will slowly constrict, and cut her to pieces. She leaves Batgirl to her fate. Can she possibly survive?!
